Rajshree DiLorenzo
Director & OwnerRajshree brings over seven years of experience to her role as Owner and Director of Widdle Ones. Prior to taking ownership, Rajshree served as the Director for three years under Maple Leaf, building strong relationships with families and creating a warm, nurturing environment for both children and staff. Her deep connection with the community and her firsthand experience with the center’s day-to-day operations make her uniquely positioned to lead the next chapter of Widdle Ones.
Starting her career as a floater, Rajshree quickly worked her way up, gaining invaluable experience as a Lead Teacher and Assistant Director before taking on the role of Director. Her passion for early childhood education and her dedication to watching children grow physically, emotionally, and cognitively drives her work every day. Rajshree is committed to maintaining a positive, supportive environment that fosters the development of every child in our care.
As the new owner, Rajshree is excited to continue the work she’s been so dedicated to, while also ushering in new opportunities for growth and improvement at Widdle Ones. She looks forward to strengthening the relationships she has with both new and returning families and is eager to work alongside her team to ensure each child receives the best possible care and education.
When she’s not at the center, Rajshree enjoys being outdoors—whether it’s hiking, gardening, or camping. She loves spending time in nature and finds it to be a perfect way to recharge. As Widdle Ones continues to grow, Rajshree is excited to lead with passion and purpose, ensuring the center remains a place where families feel supported, children thrive, and learning is at the heart of everything we do.
Kristyn Molis
Executive Assistant DirectorKristyn has been with the Widdle Ones community for over two years, having joined the team under the previous ownership of Maple Leaf. She has built strong relationships with both families and staff, ensuring a smooth transition as Widdle Ones continues to grow under. Her deep understanding of our community and her familiarity with the families make her an invaluable part of our leadership team. With eight years of experience in early childhood education, Kristyn has worked in various classrooms, including infant, toddler, preschool, and Pre-K settings. Her greatest joy comes from watching children grow, learn, and master new skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Outside of work, Kristyn enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her family and friends. She is the proud mother of two children, Penelope and TJ, who are both enrolled in our program, bringing her a unique perspective as both a director and a parent. We are thrilled to have Kristyn continue her leadership role, and we look forward to the exciting opportunities ahead for our program and community.
Jim Di Lorenzo
CFO & Administrative PartnerJim is the CFO and an administrative partner at Widdle Ones Daycare, where he collaborates closely with Rajshree to oversee the financial operations and strategic decision-making for the business. While Jim maintains a full-time role at Graypoint LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory firm in Albany, he is dedicated to supporting the daycare’s growth and ensuring its success.
In his role as CFO, Jim manages the daycare’s financial operations and collaborates with Rajshree to handle responsibilities typically managed by a dedicated purchaser. His expertise extends beyond finance, as he also oversees major facility maintenance projects, acting as the general contractor for repairs and upgrades. Additionally, Jim is responsible for the daycare’s IT and cybersecurity systems, ensuring that all technology is secure and up-to-date. While his role is primarily administrative, Jim contributes to key policy decisions and provides support for various operational tasks as needed.
In his primary role at Graypoint LLC, Jim is responsible for the firm’s centralized trading needs, performance analysis, and internal reporting, which further enhances his ability to manage complex financial and operational tasks at Widdle Ones.
Jim’s unique blend of financial expertise, administrative support, and hands-on involvement makes him a key asset to the Widdle Ones team, contributing to the daycare’s continued growth and success.
